We have recently returned from the white glove treatment of the Ritz Carlton’s Yacht Collection followed by a site inspection in Miami ensuring that the best of what south Florida has to offer meets the sumptuous expectations of our discerning clientele.

As a luxury event planner, I have immersed myself in the culinary arts for over two decades experiencing some of the world’s great chefs who have earned the highest honor that can be bestowed within the international culinary industry, the Michelin Star.

Here are a few of my personal favorite Chefs who have dedicated their lives to the art of culinary artistry.

Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection: S.E.A.

In early March, 2023, I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable cruise aboard The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. The world-class menus and expertly curated flavors of local ingredients and internationally inspired flavors redefine cruise ship dining.

Chef Sven Elverfeld of the three Michelin-starred Aqua, presents an undeniably delicious European tasting menu in a setting that is both sophisticated and contemporary.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, S.E.A. elevated cruise dining to a refreshing, new level. The signature restaurant, with meals overseen by an international culinary tour de force, Chef Elverfeld, allowed us to immerse in life’s exceptional experiences.

New York: In the city that never sleeps: DANIEL

Located in the heart of Manhattan, Chef Daniel Boulud’s renowned restaurant (two Michelin stars) boasts award-winning contemporary French Cuisine. Chef Boulud, a native of Lyon, France, is considered one of America’s leading culinary authorities and one of the most revered chefs in New York, his home since 1982.

Restaurant DANIEL opened in 1993 and has earned its place among the pillars of New York City’s bustling dining scene, receiving numerous accolades for its refined European cuisine, world-class cellar and gracious hospitality.

Wines from the Rhone and Burgundy, as well as, a robust Champagne program, rank among the noteworthy highlights of the restaurant’s award-winning cellar.

The cuisine, the atmosphere and the exquisite wines were perfection on every level.

French “Chef of the Century” Joel Robuchon (three Michelin stars) presents this unique restaurant adventure, where every meal is prepared right before your eyes.

Chef Robuchon specialized in French cuisine and has the most Michelin stars in the world. He also liked to mentor young chefs, one of which is the now infamous Gordon Ramsay.

During a recent visit, I had the privilege of dining at L’Atelier and experienced incredible French haute cuisine in an artful, sophisticated atmosphere. We had a front-row seat as the award-winning dishes were prepared and sautéed to perfection.

Miami Dining Experience

In late March, 2023, I had the opportunity to travel to Miami for a client meeting and while there dined at Jaya (The Setai) and Gianni’s at The Villa Casa Casuarina (Versace Mansion).

Presented by Executive Chef Vijayudu Veena, Jaya is a masterfully cultivated jubilee of Indian cuisine, best enjoyed al fresco in the stunning courtyard. With the feel of a culinary journey through India, the ambiance is full of dramatic lighting and mood-enhancing water features.

In the dazzling atmosphere of the former Versace Mansion, Gianni’s offers a blend of Italian and Mediterranean cuisines by Executive Chef Valter Mancini. Gianni’s marries mouth-watering dishes and exquisite personal service, all in a history-steeped dining room.
