Ingredient List

  • 1 ½ oz Butterfly Tea infused Vodka
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Honey syrup
  • 1 oz Egg white
  • Garnished with ground tea dust

Butterfly Tea Vodka: 8 Tea Bags, 1 Qt Vodka. Let steep for 2 Hours. Serve Chilled

Honey Syrup: Add the honey and water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Syrup will keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 month.

How to Construct

To create the Queen of Blues cocktail, shake all ingredients together with half ice, strain into Coupe Glass.
