- 1 ½ oz Wild Juniper Berry Infused Vodka
- ¼ oz Colorado Ponderosa Pine Needle infused Simple Syrup
- Splash blood orange juice
- Splash of Soda
- Sprig mint garnish
- Orange zest garnish
Wild Juniper Berry Infused Vodka: Coriander, California Bay Leaf, Orange Zest Wild Juniper Berries, 1 Bottle of Vodka: ¼ Cup of juniper berries, 8 bay leaves, Zest of 3 oranges, 3 Rosemary springs whole, ¼ cup of coriander seeds. Steep juniper berries in vodka for 12 hours. Then Heat saute pan with herbs in it. Gently toast until fragrant. Add to full bottle of vodka. Allow to steep for 36 hours. Strain out.
Colorado Ponderosa Pine Needle infused Simple Syrup: Make half gallon of simple syrup and steep pine needles for 12 hours. Strain and remove the needles.
How to Construct
To construct the Wild Winter Cocktail, add ingredients over ice in glass and stir. Garnish with orange zest, mint leaf and pine sprig.
